The Problem
People need more space for their garments and when one does not have it, it is difficult to manage so a pile of clothes, considering the safety issues as well.
People will hang more than one outfits in one hanger so it is more difficult to find the right outfit when it is needed, all these arrangements makes people forgetful about the stuff they own.

Especially, for working people it is always hard to spare time in the morning for pairing up their garments.
The Solution
It is easy to make pair in advance and wear it when you are in hurry or store clothes in such a that you can spot them easily any day. For this you need something which is eliminated all these issues and there comes our idea of Cintre Hanger.

Cintre will help in organizing wardrobe well, save time in morning hustle, and maintain style statement in haste.

How We Derive the concept?
After observing closely how difficult it is to get by yourself without parental support and huge space like home, we felt too much just thinking about not getting sufficient space in cupboard, which is to be shared amongst many and the fear of theft. We observed people hanging more than one outfit in a single hanger which results in bending and bulking the hanger and that is when we realised the need gap and came up with this product.

Our concept of this product was created after mundane thinking on everyday challenge, to give an experience to the user of finding ensemble ready and crisp hanging in the cupboard during morning rush.
User Research
We performed a survey in university and out side of the campus among transferred students, different areawise people from 10% - 25% were moved to the city and living at hostel/paying guest/rented apartment.
According to survey, people who lived in shared space faces this problem more than those who lives in home. Maintaining morning rush, catching metro makes it even difficult.
Around 45 people participated in the survey and we interviewed them quickly with few questions.

Why hangers as business idea?
People who lives away from their home in hostel or accommodations. Stringent rules, stinky bathrooms, shaby rooms, the monotonous, bad food, less space for stonge - this is the insipid picture of hostels that we get from inmates, regardless of the city or state they are in. But despite all these complaints, a number of youngsters are moving out of their homes to hostels in their hometowns itself.

During this journey they find many kinds of people- friendly, jealous, thieves etc. When you are out of your home you have to be careful with your belongings. Storing them in safe places like locked cupboard, bed box, locked suitcase for extra luggage.
​
The hostellers will never get much space in cupboard. For girls especially, any places is never big enough to store their things.

Our market will be working people with busy lives.

People who are living away from their home in hostels o other accommodations.

We also want to cater students or other people who likes planning.

Hanger industry
There are many varieties of garment hangers are typically categories by the type of clothing that goes on the hanger. Hanger manufacturers produce pant hanger, shirt hangers, coat hangers, skirt hangeretc. In addition, garment hangers are categorized by the material used to produce the hanger. For example, you can purchase wood hangers, plastic hangers, wire hangers, etc.
When ordering hangers for product to be sold at retail, you should find out from your buyer if they require size clips (sizers). The sizers are typically attached to the hanger so that consumers can easily identify the garments size with out having to search for the care label.
Product ideation

Working of the product
Our product design is foldable from centre and hangs of from the top.

If there is a height issue one can fold it and hang it, or if there is the short length of hanging rode one can hang from the top.
​
Inner side it is made up of transparent vinyl so that one can see through it and choose the garment
​
One can fold their garment and put it into the vinyl bag or just hang it on wire so in one hanger one can hang more than two garments without creating mess.
​
It is easy to find and if it is in pair with accessories too then more beneficial.

Brand profile
Cintre's mission is to see less restless people and more happy wardrobes. We want people to go their beds at night without worrying about what they are going to wear tomorrow. On top of that, we do not want people to have anxiety at the last minute before leaving for an important meeting, worrying about crisped ensemble that they do not have ready!

Cintre, here, comes to role. It produces hangers which could literally hold your perfect ensemble safe and sound in the cupboard.

It is, though, suitable for the population belonging to middle class or high class. We are strictly concerned about delivering all the solutions to customer's problems. Hence, it is necessary to study customer behavior to make sure their benefits are sought.
